Versatile design leader with a proven ability to transform the way companies deliver digital experiences. 14 years’ experience in interaction and product design and experience in Agile development.
As a designer, I work confidently across the entire product and interaction design process, through research, design, testing and integration with development. As a manager, I’ve hired, trained and led several small teams of UX designers, and as a strategist, have helped two global firms to adopt design practice and improve the quality of their product portfolios.

I bring an unusually broad range of experience in both industrial and interaction design, much of my work demonstrating a knack for humanising new or complex technologies. I worked for Lego in Denmark as a toy designer, and as a product and packaging designer for clients including Sony, Dulux and Coca-Cola. Joining renewable energy firm DNV GL, I established design as a practice and transformed the quality of their digital products. At EE, I’m helping the company adopt Agile processes, and crafting a design vision for the company to work towards.
